Rooms To Go

We got a bedroom set for my 97 year old mother to use when staying with us. I don't know what country it came from or what chemicals were used in making this furniture but it made us all ill. The outgassing is terrible. It has now been 2 weeks, we've kept windows open and fans blowing the whole time, and my eyes and lungs still burn when I have to go in the room. We asked the manager to take it back and refund our money. He said he would look at the report and get back to us. He never called back and has refused my calls. I'll never shop their again. Be aware, the receipt you sign states NO RETURNS. Please be cautious in dealing with this company if you have an elderly person or someone who has a compromised immune system in the home. We have both and this has been a nightmare. Rooms to Go couldn't care less.

First time customer buying from here, I bought a queen bedset in the first week of July for an August 2nd delivery date. I paid cash. on the date of delivery the crew showed up at 8pm for set up. they didnt even have the head board which was in Lakeland. They couldnt deliver until 2 days later so my wife drove out to Lakeland to pick it up. when she cam back I attempted to put it together just to find out they gave me the side railings from a different bed set. So now i wasted another day dropping the railings off at the store to get railings from a floor model. my new set wont be in until another week. Terrible customer service. Dont go to this store!

These folks certainly make you feel like you have to beg for their business; After I placed a 4 thousand dollar order and they called me a week later to inform me that there were issues with the shipping, although the the had told me when I placed the order that "everything is fine", they actually recommended that if I didn't like they could cancel the order - needless to say, that was the one service I actually took advantage of. Stay away from them unless you are prepared to feel like you're the one that should have the honor of doing business with them
