Like most people we Google search for whatever our needs are, so came across Parts House of Brandon for my A/C repair needs for a capacitor. It was this past Friday July 3, 2015 and it was 12:05pm but they were closed at 12pm holiday hours. The gentleman let me in and was happy to help. Neither less to say I had no resources to purchase the part cause I left it home. The gentleman wrote a invoice voucher and gave me the part in good faith. Therefore, I return to the store Monday around 4pm like I promise to pay for the part. Hence, where can you go in America and get customer care service like that. I told the gentlemend in the store, " you have a customer for life". My A/C was out it was the holiday weekend so you know the service rates were high. My home was 91 degrees upstairs. Being a new small business owner in the area this company was so very welcoming and kind and I have found that is so very rare these days to find. Prices are the most reasonable, cost effective I have found by far. You can really tell they appreciate their customers and take pride in the business they run. They will most definitely be the company I depend on for all my business needs.
I have a service contract for my central air conditioner and heat exchanger with Sears. For the past 5 years all service has been performed with no additional funds charged. Yearly tune ups and maintenance have been done and equipment has been kept running smoothly. Even freon was added without cost. Thank you Sears!
