Sorry to say but this property management company isnt a very good one.Never checked our house or gave us updates and now we are having to deal with renting our house out it again with damage to it.

We stayed at the Hills at River View for about a year and a half. The maintenance service is great, and those at the office are nice. The new appliances are great, and the energy efficient hot water heater is on par. The sound proofing between units side by side is phenomenal and you don't notice the side neighbor; HOWEVER, the upstairs to downstairs is dreadful! We were the downstairs unit, and upstairs our neighbor's living room was right above our bedroom. She would get ready for work in heels early morning, and she was a morning person even on weekends. The bathroom was the worst, and we could even hear her chihuahua walking on that floor. Perhaps it differs with another neighbor, but we were elated to be moving to a house instead of another apartment mainly for this issue. Beware if you choose a downstairs unit, but the plus is a two car garage. Overall we recommend this apartment complex.
