I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE NOBODY ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH. I WANTED EVERYTHING TO WORK OUT BECAUSE I LOVED THIS CAR BUT NOW MY FIRST CAR EXPERIENCE IS RUINED. PLEASE FIND A MORE RESPONSIBLE DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
I bought my first newer vehicle from this company. I was thrilled because on the surface they had really great customer service. I had the vehicle for two weeks when I realized something was wrong with it. I took it into their auto repair center because of this issue and also because I bought the extended warranty though their shop. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! The auto shop could not figure out what was wrong with my car, even though it was pretty obviously the transmission. I took it to them four times in four months for this same problem and every time they told me something new and different was wrong. Not only that, but all the quotes on fixing these issues were really high. I ended up taking it to a different shop to find the problem. Long story short, I took the receipt from the other shop back and they said they would fix everything and that they were so sorry etc etc. Well, after having my car for four weeks and them barely ever calling us to tell us what they were doing and why, they give me a ridiculous bill and tell me all kinds of lies of what they did. When I called them out on these lies, they continued to deny it.They charged us $500 in the end for basically just a new radiator coolant system, because nothing else got fixed, including the problem (the tranny).
