Jeff was recommended to me by a good friend who had some experience dealing with other coin shops in the area. He said that after visiting the Penny Ranch in Bozeman, he felt that the owner ( (Jeff ) was a straight shooter. After checking with a few other shops myselfI I brought in some jewelry that I no longer wanted and a collection of coins left to me by my uncle. I found Jeff very knowledgeable. I actually learned quite a bit about coins. Jeff educated me on the history of the coins, showed me the current value and although coins are his strength he also gave me a very fair price on my jewelry. I am very pleased with my experience there and would highly recommend this shop to friends.

I had some silver coins laying around and was wondering what I could get for them so I took them to Penny Ranch. The owner took the time to look each one up individually and told me their worth. I ended up selling them for cash and I left feeling that I had been given a fair price. I would recommend Penny Ranch to anyone looking to get cash for any gold or silver they are looking to sell.
I have both bought and sold gold and silver at the Penny Ranch and Jeff is great to work with. He's been more than fair on all occasions both buying and selling and very accommodating to my special orders and I always leave pleased with my experience there.
I brought my unwanted jewelry and random coins to the Penny Ranch today and couldn't believe how much I got compared to the pawn shop. I would highly recommend the Penny Ranch - five stars all the way.
Friendly, trustworthy, and impeccable service. I would highly recommend Penny Ranch for your coin/bullion needs. Very knowledgeable and honest. Fairest prices around!
Penny Ranch gave me almost double for my gold jewelry compared to the pawn shop. I will be back! AA++
