        Was impressed

        I was completely stressed at having terrible tenants not paying and doing damage to the property. Ken talked me through some things and introduced me to an Inspection Report which he can do but no other contractor seemed to know about. He has a license and can fix anything it seemed like. A one stop shop. Very smart. I'm adding him to my outlook right away so I don't forget the number.
