Very bad customer service! The owner has no idea how to deal with customers. Would definitely spend my money elsewhere.

Simply rude, no knowledge of product and very rude. Some goofball eating potato chips provide nothing but a smart aleck answer to a question that we did not ask but the clerk did because she had no knowledge or customer skills. Probably the best question by them would have been what are you looking for or what do you need the product for. I hope Belle's can re open, because this is no place to shop or get help. We walked out, my opinion and recommendation is go somewhere else. You know you are in the wrong place when they have a stupid sign that says if you buy the wrong stuff or make a mistake (maybe you made a mistake because they are unable to help) they will not unload it (maybe it would interfere with his potato chip eating). Customer service is getting hard to find in Bowling Green, I think it is important to call them out as I have here and shop where people provide customer service.
