        I have been purchasing vehicles from Jim Johnson for over 10 years now, and I have always had a great experience in every facet. My most recent transaction was absolutely stress-free, and I was able to get a heck of a deal on a beautiful sports car that caught my eye. I plan on using Jim Johnson for any of my service needs should they arise. Top notch dealer!

        I bought a used car there that was totally miss represented. The "inspection" the service department had certified has many items signed off that were not working or done. On my first oil change a month after buying it, they want almost $800 to fix those items they "certified"

        When I told the Sales Manager I would be filing a complaint he hung up on me.

        dealership was great and mike melton salesman was excellent very professional and honest thnx for a awesome vehicle . Only thing i didn't like was how they take your keys to test drive car and then you have to get mad to get your keys back. It's like they are holding your keys hostage. . Come on already Give the keys back when asked.

        I purchased a 1999 Pontiac program car from from Jim Johnson. I was satisfied with dealing with the sales team. After purchasing the car, it has been the best car that I have ever had the opportunity to own. I have owned a total of 8 cars in my lifetime. Service and warranty repairs have been carried out on this car by the service department. Warrenty work has been completed very quickly and efficiently. I have not had to return for a problem once it has been repaired. When I do trade cars, Jim Johnson Pontiac Nissan will definitely be the place where I start my search.
