The store mgr (Linda) is a very nice lady. She goes out of her way to make sure your happy, but that stops when you enter the service center for your RV. I went in to get new tires and a new refrigerator and was met at the bay doors by the service mgr MIKE. From the start, Mike treated me like I was dirt or a child. I even heard him swear to another employee and say something very vulgar! When I asked questions about the proceedure, he almost laughed at my questions and made me feel stupid for asking them. He was continuously rude to me and my family and I wanted to leave immediatley! The only problem...There isn't a Camping World until Indianapolis or I would have turn around back 1hr south to NASHVILLE. Nashville didn't have my tires, so I was forced to endure Mike's very rude and unforgivable comments. The process was double the time I was told, and Mike gave 0 credits toward my bill. To top off this aweful experience, A lady named Barbara at the service counter was talking very vulgar to another co-worker. They were using obscene language and looking up Facebook/MySpace info and I noticed inappropriate pictures of girls drinking. I will never go to the Bowling Green Camping World again!
