This is a review I should have written a long time ago but got busy and forgot. I was moving to a new apartment in March of 2013 and I went to this place to get the rental truck. Sabrina was working the front counter and she was going over everything with me and told me that since I purchased the insurance, if I got stuck (snowing really bad that day) I could call road side assistance and they would help me. Well, low and behold, I did get stuck. I was pulling out of my new complex to return the truck and it got high centered. I called the road side assistance and they told me that if they had to tow me it would be upwards of $200 and they couldn't make it out to me for a couple of hours. I was SO MAD! I left the truck where it was and drove back down to Budget and spoke with Sabrina. I told her that roadside assistance said getting stuck wasn't covered with the insurance. She called up her boss and immediately got pale in the face. She got off the phone and told me that she had made a mistake and that it isn't covered. Before I could even react, she told me that she had a truck and tow ropes and would come help me. She asked another employee to watch the store and she followed me to where the truck was stuck. I could not believe this amazing customer service. She could have easily told me I was out of luck but decided to help me herself instead. What is even better, once we got back to the store to return the truck, she discounted the price a paid for the truck by 50%. I am glad to see people that will still own up to their mistakes and go above and beyond for their customers. I appreciate everything Sabrina did for me that day and wish I could give this more than 5 stars!
