Horrible, horrible experience. Paid a huge premium, more than the value of the contents, to get second-day delivery to LA on Dec 24 (my daughter's christmas was more important to me than the extra money). The store even checked with headquarters, and assured me it would be delivered on time.

Actual delivery took 7 days. The package didn't even leave Colorado for 5. While we were trying to locate the package, I asked if I would be given a refund. I was told "yes, but not until after the package has been delivered." Three weeks later, I went in to process my refund. "Oh, that has to be filed within 15 days." No mention of that at the time of their screw-up, and no refund coming my way.

Basically, they are liars and thieves. Beware.

I'm not that good at surfing the web, or iming, or keeping things updated, but one day when surfing for a web developer after calling 10 of them, i stumbled upon New Web Design.com, Their page alone made me just want to pick up the phone and call them, they offer so many packages and bundles and many services, after browsing for a few i called the 800 number, a live person answered right away, there was no recording or message leaving! thats a plus!, i spoke to the consultant about what i wanted and what i needed for my business, he told me to get on the computer go to the company website, and he showed me tons of examples and how i could make my website number one one google, he explained seo EVERYTHING to me, he also told me that they could help maintain my facebooks twitter etc. i was sold, today i have many viewers, buyers, and my phone rings off the hook constantly due to their marketing, i love new web design, and would recommend to anyone!
