Stay away... I mistakenly signed up for their Service Partner Plan (SPP) thinking I was getting a good deal, they promised "VIP" treatment, annual check-ups and discounted service prices.



Prior to signing up for SPP, I had Precision out at my house twice to give me a quote to service my AC unit and both times they tried to sell me on the most expensive unit and suggested I completely change my system and duct work all together. I was told that if I signed up for SPP I would get a 15% discount on the upgrade. Not only that, while they were out, I was told that my high efficiency Triangle Tube boiler was installed incorrectly and I would need to spend $6k (with my SPP discount) to re-plumb the system. Strangely enough, the technician wasn't familiar with the Triangle Tube and had to go home to do some "research" before providing me with a $6k quote to re-plumb the system, and yes, the $6k included my 15% discount...



Luckily I got a second opinion and was told that everything was fine. My AC unit needed a minor overhaul and the boiler was in perfect running shape and plumbed correctly based on manufacturer specs.



Basically Precision was fishing for work and thought that I was another victim. Sadly, I see their trucks in my neighborhood all the time and I live in an area with elderly couples.



Long story short, I spent $238.80 for the SPP service plan and didn't get a single thing for my money. I just got my renewal request in the mail to sign up for another year, this is the first time I have heard from Precision since I signed up last year. Maybe this is what they meant by annual check-ups,,, they check to see if you will give them more money.

When my furnace went on the fritz Precision was the first call I made. They sent someone out the next day and he fixed everything in a matter of minutes. He also took the time to explain what I can do on my own to keep my furnace healthy.

Technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly the repairs that were needed. I don't think this is the cheapest company you could go with, but the work is well done, and guaranteed. Worth the money to me!

Dave has done several plumbing jobs for us. He is honest about what work is needed and what isn't. His work is excellent and he is a pleasure to deal with.

I hate to call an expensive plumber (they all are) but I had to do with a clogged drain, and these guys were the best! They got to my house within 2 hours and the clogged drain was fixed 15 minutes later.



The tech guy was very professional and courteous. If you get into a jam and need to call a plumber, these guys are good!

I recently had Precision give me an estimate to run a gas line to my BBQ (approx 30 ft. above grade along my house - no trenching involved). Their estimate ($1,895.) was over 3 times more than the next closest bid ($525). When I questioned the technician, his response was, "I know we wouldn't get this job when you mentioned that you were getting other estimates"...WOW! I also reviewed the scope of work to be sure the estimates were comperable...they were. When I asked the technician why his estimate wasn't even close to the two other estimates, his explanation was..."I just go by the book, whatever my book says to charge that is what I have to charge"....my goodness....seems to me they are just looking for suckers!
