Black Tea This smooth and sweet black tea is from FuJian Province in China. The leaves are elongated, twisty and of a black and gold color. The tea brews a deep golden-amber color and tastes smooth and sweet with a slight bitterness upfront. This is one of our favorite black teas with a rich chocolate aroma and malty mouthfeel that dissolves into a delicate lingering sweetness.

Gyokuro Superior Green Tea
Gyokuro, which means Jade Dew in Japanese, is admired as the highest grade of Japanese green tea. Its leaves are grown in the shade for twenty days before being expertly picked by hand. Then they are immediately steamed, dried and carefully rolled into distinctive shapes resembling pine needles. Gyokuro is harvested only once a year in the early spring. The delicate flavor and slightly sweet aftertaste makes Gyokuro the choice of green-tea connoisseurs. Welcome to Ku Cha House of Tea - Boulder. We carry 100+ tea varieties from around the world, with friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to guide you through this exciting world. Ku Cha House of Tea opened its first tea shop in Boulder in 2006. As the business grew, founders Rong Pan and Qin Liu moved several times until they arrived at their current location, in the heart of Boulders busy Pearl Street Mall. The flagship store, which sells premium whole-leaf teas, to-go beverages including boba and matcha drinks and tea accessories, thrives along Boulders main commercial strip, a charming, brick-paved pedestrian promenade lined with shops, restaurants, salons and other businesses.
