I love that I can get a great workout that encompasses both cardio and weight training in just one hour! Knowing my target heart rate zones has really helped me understand how to push myself when I'm in the studio and when I go on a run in mountains. Plus everybody is so friendly and I've made some great connections!
OTF is a an extremely fun workout community that targets all of the best aspects of a group exercise class. I love how personable it is even in a group setting and the heart rate monitors give me the science based proof that I like to see!
