        Boulder City Fire Department was established with the incorporation of Boulder City, Nev. The department provides fire prevention, fire suppression, hazardous materials management and emergency medical services to the citizens and visitors. It operates out of one fire station that houses response personnel, apparatus and administrative offices. The department has mutual aid contracts with the surrounding departments, including Las Vegas, Clark County and Henderson fire departments and federal agencies, including the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management and Nellis Air Force Base. Boulder City Fire Department provides a range of educational and fire safety programs that include cardiopulmonary resuscitation, fire prevention, smoke detector programs and first aid classes, fire safety presentations, occupancy inspections and firefighter reserve program. Emergency medical care is provided at the advanced life support level of care.
