The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem getting to the hotel and they helped me navigate my way around town with great directions and when I arrived the front desk people were very kind and made me feel at home. The hotel is in a great spot in the city and the room had everything I needed.

I stayed at Boston Park Plaza last month. This hotel Boston is so lovely. I like it because the place. Every thing is at side you can walk to the main attractions without issue. I feel protected too. The bed are very comfortable and also has a very excellent service.

Boston Park Plaza is a Nice hotel. This hotel provide clean room, in a very well kept, traditional style hotel. Comfortable beds, in a surprisingly spacious room (we booked the petite). Good size bathroom, HD t.v. and good in room coffee making facilities.

The hotel built in 1927 was historical and nostalgic yet had a modern feel. The staff was friendly and courteous. There were numerous restaurants on the ground level. The room was comfortable. We were close to public transportation and within walking distance of many historic places in Boston. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in a great place for…
This hotel is in a great place for viewing all the websites Boston offers- many just a short walk away. I especially eenjoyed getting a coffee from the store just outside the place and consuming it in the Boston Public Home gardens, which were only a half prevent away from the place. The hotel personnel was helpful, beneficial, and provided a amazing eating place suggestions.

Boston Park Plaza is a great hotel. This is in a GREAT location! It's just a block from Boston Commons. The hotel and its staff are wonderful. I believe there are 5 restraunts attached to the hotel, so if you love food, you have a lot of choices. My room was awesome although incredibly small. I reserved an economic climate room. The bathroom was a little defeat up and could use some restoring up.
