Steer away from this company. ...

Steer away from this company. I rented a limo for my wedding and the A/C did not work. It was a very hot August day and the entire wedding party was sweltering in the back. I left for my honeymoon right after the wedding but had my father contact the owner to let him know there was an issue. After yelling at my father my mother finally got on the phone and told him I would be contacting him when I got home. When I spoke to Manny the owner he began belittling my father and telling me why the A/C was broken. He finally agreed to refund 200.00 dollars and said he was mailing the check. He sent a check for 150.00 with a note saying he had to pay a tip to the driver that we had to split. No phone call to tell me that he was planning to send less, just a note. This made no sense what so ever. I was fed up with talking to Manny so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Manny then called my phone 6 times in 10 minutes while I was at a meeting in work. He left a message telling me to man up and talk to him on the phone. Ironic coming from the person who didn't "man up" and call me telling me he planned to send a check for less than the agreed upon refund. When I called back after my meeting he said he would pay me the 200.00 which he previously agreed on in the first place. When the check came Manny being Manny had to get the last word in saying he was glad we could settle it because he was going to take me to court otherwise. How he thought he could win I have no idea.

First off I don't think anyone...

First off I don't think anyone should hire this limo company for the following reasons:



1) They requested me to pay all cash $1800 including gratuity

(they don't deserve a penny for tips).

that way I can't call my credit card company and dispute.



2) Rented 2 cadillac limos that fit 15 on each car for my wedding day. On one car was 13 people and the other 7. The Limos smell like vomit and cigarettes, and there were stains all over the place. One of the guests stained her dress with vomit residue.



3) 100 degree weather and the Limo drivers didn't put on AC they turned off the engine whenever we made a stop. AC wasn't working sweating and everyone was getting sick and heat stroke!!!



4) I later found out the guest limo is more modern, up do date and more spacious. While the bride and groom went into this crappy tiny limo. If I was the driver I'll be like oh no, go to the other limo it's better.



5) The Limo drivers had attitudes, on the guest limo i ordered two champagne bottles so my guests have refreshments in the car. The driver never said a word to any of my guests nor offered champagne that i paid for. Not to mention there's not enough glasses to even drink water! and there's only 7 people!! imagine it was the full 15?



6) While we're having dinner one of the drivers called the restaurant asking for me. I had to leave the party came out and she was rushing us.



I don't want to steriotype, they were all Mexicans and they seem like they don't give a crap from the very beginning.
