THE worst customer service I have ever received. They are very vague about your options and extra charges. The guy helping me said ""what do you want to do about gas?"" When I aked him what he meant, he said, ""I don't know, here are your options, choose one"" while pointing to a piece of paper that had my options. The options were written very clean but even when I asked a question about them he said ""I don't know, what does the paper say"" When I told him that the vehicle had some relatively major damage to the bumper before I left, he said ""no it doesn't, I already looked at it"" The list goes on and on. They try every trick in the book to get extra charges out of you. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
