This place is a nightmare. My friend booked this place for a ride to Logan Airport at 4:45am. They showed up at 4:40am, but when he went outside at 4:45am, they had DITCHED him with no further notification.There is no MBTA service at this hour, so I had to give him a ride or he would have missed his flight.

Horrible experience, insulting dispatchers!

Had a horrific experience trying to book a taxi for our babysitter to get home. When the first taxi apparently left (though I was checking every minute or so out our front door) I called simply to state that it would be helpful if the company would call the customer, ring the door bell, or drive to the door before leaving. This all happened in the course of 15 minutes. So basically the taxi didn't even wait. ( We also live on a dead end street, though I don't think that should be an excuse) By the dispatcher, I was insulted, yelled at, told I don't know how it works, that I was a person that can't be pleased, and just completely crapped upon basically. I will never be using this company again. There are plenty of other taxi options in boston that treat their customers with some respect and listen to suggestions!

Excellent Experience!!!!!!! THANKS TO THE VERY HONEST CAB DRIVER FROM BOSTON CAB, MY DAY WAS SAVED!!!!!! WE WERE PICKED UP AT LOGAN AIRPORT VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING LAST WEEKEND AFTER A VERY LONG TRAVEL DAY. IT WAS VERY DARK WHEN WE WERE DROPPED OFF AT OUR HOME AND WE HAD A LOT OF LUGGAGE. I DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL MANY HOURS LATER THAT MY PURSE WAS MISSING. I THOUGHT ALL WAS LOST. I HAD SUBSTANTIAL VALUABLE ITEMS IN THE PURSE. WE COULDN'T EVEN REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE CAB COMPANY, AND WERE NOT EVEN SURE IF THAT WAS WHERE THE PURSE WAS. IMAGINE MY EXTREME RELIEF AND DELIGHT WHEN MY DOORBELL RANG AND STANDING OUTSIDE WAS THE VERY HONEST CAB DRIVER, MR EVANS MONESTIME, HOLDING MY COMPLETELY INTACT PURSE. ACTS LIKE THIS REALLY RESTORE YOUR FAITH. THANK YOU! THAN YOU! THANK YOU!!!! IMAGINE MY RELIEF AND DELIGHT

Horrible experience

I took a cab from Boston Logan Airport to my hotel. The driver was on the cell all the way to the hotel. When we get to the destination, not only he added a few dollars on the counter, but also kept repeating he wanted his tips. He does not deserve tips.

Early last Friday morning, I received a voicemail on my cell from a Boston Company Cab driver who called me hoping that I would recognize the owner of a cell phone he had just found in his cab. The cell showed a recent call to my phone, and the driver asked if I might know whose phone he had found. If taking the time to locate the owner thru checking the phone call history wasn't amazing enough, this very thoughtful driver then drove some 10 miles to deliver the phone to the college student who owned, and greatly relied upon, this phone. With everyone watching every penny in today's difficult economic environment, this driver's kindness and honesty in helping others is applauded and sincerely appreciated. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, concern and honesty, Sarkis!
