I just read the reviews and totally agree how creepy the manager joe enos is to all the BU students. He is so bad I can't go there any more even if the pizza can be pretty good. His bald head is repulsive and I swear he was drunk last time I went against my better judgement and ate dinner. Stay Away!
Every BU female student knows about the creepy, bald manager named Joe. He hits on every woman that comes in the store. Can you say liability????? Your business would go up if you get rid of him.
Pizza is fine but all the other food is crap. Too expensive.

I love getting the coupons in the mail for Bertucci's every weekend... when I lived right around the corner, I used to order a kid's pizza meal, and it was sooo huge for only $5! They also give you all the bread you want if you just ask when you're picking up your order - they're generally really nice about helping a broke student out! The sit-down portion of the restaurant is nice. Customer service is hit or miss, some waiters are awesome and some stink. The shrimp and pasta dishes are great, as are the salads.

I've tried my luck at multiple Bertuccis locations around the city, hoping maybe my experience had been a fluke, but they just keep proving me right. To say it was terrible is unfair. it wasn't. It was just alltogether forgettable, but what you remember, you wish you didn't. The food was so salty it was pushing inedible. The staff have been sullen on good nights, or downright rude on the bad. I've been ignored, forgotten by waitstaff for long spans of time, and best of all, had appetizers we've ordered be forgotten altogether, only to be remembered when we recieve the check, as if we would really pay for food we were never served. I'm not a tough girl to please folks. I'm an excellent tipper--it's just good karma. But the service at Bertuccis really pushes my generosity to it's limits. If you want good italian, make the trek to the North end...it's worth the trip.

I've given Bertucci's - both the Kenmore Square and Harvard Square locations - numerous shots at this point. At no point have I ever walked out feeling really satisfied. I've either been ignored when I walk in, ignored after I've been seated, waited too long to order, waited too long for my food, waited too long for my check, gotten the wrong order, gotten cold food, gotten rude service... and never on particularly busy days. I'm a pretty easygoing person, and it takes a lot for me to complain about something, and that's why I've continually gone back to them - the convenience is good, and the prices are good. But the lack of service and the below-quality food just aren't worth it.

Ahh Bertucci's. This is the essence of great Italian/American food. They offer generous helpings of pasta, some awesome bread with olive oil and seasoning, and a delicious chicken parmigiana that stands out from the rest. Also, I'm a huge fan of their rigatoni, broccoli, and chicken dish.
While the menu offers a ton of your old favorites, they can most likely be found elsewhere for less. However, one thing Bertucci's offers that your run of the mill pizzeria may not is their seasonal menu. Choose from salads, steaks, fillet minion, chicken, and fish, something for everyone. All in all, this is a great place to eat if you're not ready to spend the bigger bucks associated with some of Fenway's higher priced digs, such as Cask N' Flagon, Beerworks, etc.
