I work for a company that has worked with Allegra Boston a lot in the past. placed an order with allegra on monday and was told 'you'll have this by tomorrow' . On Wed. morning I called them to find out the status of my order since I didn't get it and didn't get a call. I was told 'it probably didn't come in on time'. Long story short, I missed my deadline and then needed to have the order shipped out of state. When I asked to have the shipping charges waived I received a terse reply from Jon Hostage stating 'I'm sorry but I am not able to waive the shipping charges. We did not receive the files until Monday afternoon. I have attached the updated invoice to and require a credit card number to release the package for today.' He also nickel and dimed my colleauge about a $10 courier charge that he communicted to me in email was free. Needless to say we 'were' a long time customer but have decided to take our business to a company that values their customers.
