Last weekend I had dinner with a couple of friends @ 28 Degrees, let me just start off by saying the portions are terrible and so aren't the prices and service. We finished our ""so called"" meals and had to order additional sides because we were still hungry!
Then we get the bill and tell the waitress to take the cash and put the remaining $68 of the bill on my credit card.
I check my bank acct. online later on in the week and they charged the entire $180 bill to my credit card AND the waitress took the cash we had given her TOO!
After numerous times of trying to call and getting the voicemail, I decided to go in and see the manager. I show him the receipts and my bank statement and he takes my number down and tells me he will call me.
He then proceeds to TEXT me (REAL PROFESSIONAL)
to tell me they will refund me in 2-3 business days.
NO SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE, NO EXPLANATION NOTHING.WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!?
EVEN THE CHAIN RESTAURANTS WOULD CALL AND APOLOGIZE OR OFFER YOU A GIFT CARD IF THEY HAD OVERCHARGED YOUR CREDIT CARD BY $110.
They should spent less $ on their bathroom decor and more $ training staff and supposed management.
