Thirty years ago my fiancé and I had purchased an engagement ring from an Amoroso Jeweler competitor. Then we shopped at Amoroso Jewelers and returned the first ring in favor of one from Amoroso's. For each of the next three years my husband bought me jewelry from Amoroso's for our anniversary. Then we moved to New York, then Michigan, then Seattle. We came back last week to Massachusetts for a business trip and since I'd longed to upgrade to a larger diamond, I shopped at shops near my hotel and then I went to Boston to stop in at Amoroso's. I should have known to go to Amoroso's first. John and Bob Amoroso are just as special as they were 30 years ago. John treated me with respect and really listened to what I wanted. I wanted a quality stone and he selected several from his safe for my inspection. He educated me about what I was looking at and as soon as I looked at this stone, I knew this was the one. An F color grade, Internally Flawless stone with a GIA Excellent cut. All of their stones come with a GIA appraisal. There is no guessing here. The ring and the pendant setting I'd selected for my existing diamond were ready early the next day. That's service! I'm thrilled. I even picked out a tennis bracelet for my 30th anniversary!

Absolutely amazing! I first found out about them from a program that Chronicle on Channel 5 ran about Downtown Crossing. They covered the Jewelry Exchange building which has a gazillion diamond and jewelry companies all under one roof. They picked Santisi and Bove for a reason! I called them to ask a few questions and I instantly knew this was going to be the place I had to visit. I took the train to Downtown Crossing and its a short 2 minute walk from there. Went to the fourth floor and they are right down the hall. Had the pleasure of working with Kim and she was beyond Fabulous. Her and her father really make you feel comfortable and will spend as much time with you as needed. They are not money hungry business owners. They truly are there for your best interest in finding the right piece whether its customized work, repairs and etc. It's obvious why they have been in business for over SIXTY years!!! I can't recommend them enough!
