The service at this Enterprise location was the best customer service I have ever experienced (a woman who I believe is the manager. I think it was Carrie?). I was met with a huge smile and welcoming handshake. When the agent helping me went to get the car she noticed that it smelled like smoke, immediately told me about the problem, and offered to get me a different car instead. The next available car was a larger SUV with worse gas mileage, she immediately throw in a free 1/8 of a tank of gas to compensate for the difference, again without my having to point this out or ask. I have never had a sales person go so far out of their way to anticipate every need I might have and address it before I even saw the problem. I was sent on my way by another huge smile and left the property feeling great. Thanks for such a pleasant experience!
I visit Boston for vacation every year and renting a car is not always very pleasant experience. You don't always get the car you want or they're not very helpful etc. But Enterprise was one of the warm memories I will have from this vacation this year. It was great to be picked up and not to hire and wait for a taxi to take me there :) I did get a better car than I booked.... It was clean and the agent I dealt with - Aidan McManus- was so helpful! He was very patient, understanding and solved any issues we had very quickly without causing us any stress on our vacation. I will rent from enterprise again next vacation :)
Yes I am a frequent user of this National office and I love doing my car rentals out of here. The staff is always friendly. Yes, they know me too and acknowledge my business because they know I go out of my way to do business with their office. You won't be sorry that you gave them your business either.
