Tracy and Lloyd Glasgow were amazing. We live out of state and they went above and beyond what we thought realtors would do. They checked on our house frequently, we’re in the house when repairs were made after the inspection and overall were the best realtors we could have asked for. I can’t imagine there being better realtors out there than the Glasgow duo.

I just purchased my first home January 21, 2022. My experience was nothing short of incredible- and I have to give my realtor all the credit. Ashley Bourn is knowledgeable, personable, professional, and truly wants the best for her clients. Throughout the entire process she was so gracious and all around wonderful. I do not think I would’ve had an experience quite this blissful had it not been for her. She worked day and night, she answered all of my questions, she showed up to every single property I was interested in rather I could be there or not. I’ve heard of other realtors just trying to make a sale and that is not the case with Ashley. Ms Evodna Springer is the textbook definition of an above and beyond realtor! I met Ms Evodna three and a half months before we listed the house when I was struggling with renovations and *convinced* the house was never going to sell. Evodna was the only realtor invited that came prepared with actual numbers and data for the house, answering questions I didn't even know I had. She spent extra time before we even agreed to work together helping me formulate a renovation plan to save time and money, as well as coaching to help put all my worries to rest. She went out of her way over the next few months checking in on me and providing motivation, as well as putting me in touch with her *excellent* resources to help me with renovation tasks bigger than I could handle. When the time finally came to list, she was *spot on* predicting how long it would take to sell and for how much. I am still in shock at how accurate she was.

I will *forever* be grateful to Ms Evodna and her team for getting me through this very stressful process with patience and understanding. I look forward to working with her in the future and Ms Springer comes highly recommended!

I would recommend Tami Porcello to anyone, anytime and twice on Sunday. Yes! She even worked on Sundays. We had a few buyer issues on this sale that was out of our control. With that being said, Tami helped me work through every issue professionally and effortlessly every step of the way. She is one of the best that I have ever worked with in this business.
