Cable One

Awful customer service!! When husband was on the phone with them a week before moving to get situated with an appointment they stated that we could use our own router. Moving day comes and then they change their answers to match what the man said that they only lease their routers for $8 a month and don't sell to their clients. Honestly their internet is awful and Suddenlink is much better, so Suddenlink should move a branch out here. Cable One is a joke.

I have had Internet with cable one for a few years now. It really is the only good Internet provider for gaming down here and it sucks. The connection go down frequently and if you call to see what the heck is going on they say there are people working in the area. I can't wait for a better provider to pop up

I pay 60 a month for 50 mbs. And only get 3.24 mbs. IV called and called and was stated that there is nothing thy can do.
