Goin' Postal

Came in to ship skis sold on eBay. Was quoted the cheapest option from uspsof three hundred and fourteen dollars 314.57$ plus seventeen dollars 17dollars$ as the cheapest option. I expected to pay A little bit more for shipping and not having to go to the post office but this rate did not seam reasonable to ship to Washington State. Went to the post office in Boone and shipped my skis for fifty five dollars 55$ plus five dollars 5$ for insurance. I was told by multiple people in line and the post office employee that I should contact the better business bureau of North Carolina and make A complaint. The post office employees also mentioned that the post office goes and picks up the packages from Go postal in Boone. I went back in to go postal asking them to write down the cheapest shipping price available and have A manager sign it so that I could send to my buyer on eBay and show them the outrages cost of shipping, Alice Pierce the manager did so. Then I told her that I actually just shipped the skis for 55dollars plus 5dollars for insurance and they laughed at me saying no way the post office shipped those skis for under 200$ I showed the receipt and asked to talk to the owner Alice Pierce then proceeded to go tell A very obese woman who was I am assuming the owner or A higher ranking manager the situation and that I requested to speak to the owner and the obese lady employee then screamed at me that she is calling the police to get out of her store. On my way out of the store I mentioned politely and calmly to other customers that they might be getting ripped off and the very obese owner/manager screamed at me get out of my store the police are on the phone, then she followed me out to my vehicle and screamed get out of here even though my vehicle was far from her store in A shopping center parking lot with over 10 stores and wrote down my license plate number. My experience with Go postal in Boone, N.C.was very startling to say the least, I never would have thought that A company owner would try and rip me off to my face charging 255$ more then the post office for only putting A shipping label on the package and not even using any resources to ship it. When I politely explained that I was told by multiple people to contact the better business bureau of North Carolina , the owner was taken by rage and called the police. The better business bureau of North Carolina told me there is A on going investigation for price gauging on this particular go postal. Not to speak for all of them but this one is owned by people who are full of greed and would like to manipulate you to thank it is A good deal.

i have a wonderful experience everytime i go there to ship. good prices packs neatly and professionally everytime staff very nice tell u the tracking number and if u have any ?s they are friendly and glad to help u. i recommend them highly.
