Their vehicles have a ton of problems and they promise to help, but once you sign their contracts, they refuse. Their favorite catch phrase is, "...it's an as is vehicle. Since that problem was not there when it left the lit, there is nothing we can do."
The vehicle I got had 3 major failures in less than a week and they would do nothing. Then they double charged my payment and messed up my bank account. When I called to get it resolved, they promised to reverse one of the charges and call me back within 5 minutes to let me know it was done so I could address the matter with my bank, but I had to call them back 2 hours later.
Their customer service is terrible. They make a lot of promises to get you to sign the contract, but they do not keep any of the promises.
