As our clients needs have changed over the years, from basic metal "boxes" for warehousing and manufacturing to architecturally pleasing retail and office spaces, so has Heimburger Construction and Butler's commitment to meeting those needs. Building codes can require architectural panels instead of a standard metal panel to conform to local building codes. Butler Manufacturing has been in the forefront of developing lines of visually stunning roof and wall panels that can be used in the most discerning architectural applications.Heimburger Construction also self-performs all of their own steel erection and often performs steel erection for other general contractors and they are well-versed in the installation of any pre-engineered or conventional steel building system.In 2004, Heimburger Construction started a roof repair division. Heimburger Construction utilizes Butler's re-roof experience to provide new roof solutions for chronic leak problems in older buildings. In most cases, a complete roof system with a high insulating value can be installed over the existing sub-standard roof with very little disruption to the building tenant's daily activities. In addition to the re-roof solutions offered by Heimburger Construction, they also have experience in applying elastomeric roof coating systems over existing metal or rubber roofs that can extend the life of the roof.
