My experience with Idaho Cab C...
My experience with Idaho Cab Co started off great. The cab driver Shaun was nice and a safe driver. My experience with the Idaho Cab Co ended up with the manager Don Triolo yelling at me on the phone. I lost my license between a cab ride and my destination. I immediately called the Idaho Cab Co driver, Shaun, 5 minutes after I realized I did not have my license. He did not answer the phone so I called the Idaho Cab Co. and I was told the cab driver would look for it and call me back.
I never received a phone call back informing me if my license was found. Yes, I called the Idaho Cab Co. at least 3-4 times within 12 hours. I was told the following day the cab Shaun was driving had not been checked yet. So I called 7 hours later and the manager Don Triolo stated: " You have called us 3 times and I told you last night we don't have your license and the cab driver looked for it and he didn't find it." I would have been satisfied with the response but Don was extremely rude and demeaning. I was a paying customer supporting the Idaho Cab Co. and he lacked the basic ingredient of customer service; customer service!
A customer refers their friends to a business. The way I was treated by Don was appalling. When I asked to speak to a manager because of the way he was speaking with me he stated: I am the manager escalating his voice. I asked for his first name and he told me but when I asked for his last name he hung up the call. THEN he called me back and accused me of calling Idaho Cab Co. and hanging up then proceeded to tell me a number of people lose their items and I lost my license somewhere else so I needed to look elsewhere for it and stop calling the Idaho Cab Co.
Obviously I lost it and I thank him for delivering the most awful customer service I have ever received. I hope they do not treat anyone the way I was treated because his behavior was disgusting.
