        This office is very incompetent for a jewelry store. My wife bought a ring for me (with the warranty) as a gift. I had to get it re-sized and the first time I went in the guy acted as if I was going to steal the sizing rings! He would not let me hold them to try them on and I ended up getting the wrong size. The second time I gave it back to them to get a different size, we had to call them after almost a month. Right after we called, the ring magically showed up. When I went to pick it up they could not find it. The people are friendly, but not very competent. Don't waste your time with this store.
