This property management company helped us rent a property from quite a distance, and made the entire process simple, straightforward and as easy as I can imagine it being. They made sure that the property was ready in a timely manner, let us "peek" when we were in town before it was ready, and followed up on everything they said they would. They are very organized, fair and provide amazing follow-up!

Arica from FRPM was very helpful when trying to get the lease taken over. She was very professional and kind. As to the property, it is okay. A lot of maintenance had to be done when I was living there.

Will steal your deposit.very dishonest company.Buyer beware!!!! They will never awnser the phone and when they do will just give you the run around.all they care about is stealing your money and making a quick profit.
