        Refreshingly honest

        On a 'new-to-me' 97 AWD Ford Explorer the whine I thought was tire related turned out to be much more. I had the front drive line replaired and it still whined. I dropped in to see what Economy thought and their Ford specialist took it for a spin, put it on a lift, then when done asked me about tires. He pointed out that two were really worn and that might be the cause (news to me since this is my first AWD). He could not say a rebuild would eliminate the whine and there was no charge for inspecting. I replaced all the tires and the whine was drastically reduced. I stopped in later to offer cash for the inspect and advice but they wouldn't take it stating they believe honesty is better but would appreciate it if I spread the word.

        I've had 4 different Cars over the years that had transmission repairs/rebuilds performed by Ecomomy Transmission and the results were the same.. Excellent !! I would highly recommend them.         Very Honest Buisness

        I went in to Economy Transmission To get my transmission rebuilt because i was told by other shops it needed rebuilt. After they checked it out they called me and told me a speed sensor had failed and that would fix it. They were right. If you are looking for honesty look no further. Economy Transmission will always be my choice of Transmission Shops.
