Commercial Tire

At first this was not going to be a positive review, but they did something that put my faith back. This location at Fairview was human and right in how they handled the situation. There was a miscommunication and they did a service without asking. It put me in a very hard spot as i didn't have the money at all right then. I came in to pay the next day and after doing so I expressed my frustration. He immediately refunded the money. To also, be fair, I had the thought to tell them then to undo the work as I don't want anything for free, but it went out of my mind as I was astonished at how he simply said it was worth it to him to make things right. It was amazing how they did the right thing. I have had such poor experience at the other locations, but this location at Fairview is the place to go. They did a good job from what I can tell and they made things right when they made a mistake! What they didn't know was how bad of a situation I am in right now with having to help my mother, my car starting to fail, and not having a good enough job to cover it all. All the major work on my car has been done out in the gravel in front of my house and youtube, not complaining, but what they did for me can only be described as a miracle!
