Customer service is obviously not high on their priority list and varies from one visit to the next. My wife bought me a Dillon reloading component for christmas but bought the wrong size. I took it back to Cliff's and they said it was back-ordered. I said no problem. They said keep checking back. I did. for months, and everytime I went there I personally either spoke to Cliff or one of his people. Then a month or so ago I went in and again spoke to Cliff. On this occasion he proceeded to tell me that I would have to show him the receipt before he would even talk to me about it, even though the component I was trying to exchange was un-opened and had Cliff's sticker on it...he made it sound like I was somehow trying to rip him off and apparently couldn't remember ever speaking to me about it before. Anyway, I went home, called Dillon directly, and they immediately took care of me, no questions asked. Go to Cliff's if you don't mind the arrogant attitude and being talked down to.
