The office staff was misleading (nice but misleading), stating that my insurance required me to purchase upgrades (lenses). After my visit I contacted my insurance and they said this was not true. When I went back to the office they clarified that my insurance didn't "pay them much" and the Dr. required me to upgrade to make it worthwhile. When I said I didn't agree they refused to refund me the cost of the ordered glasses. I didn't believe this was correct and told them I would write an on-line review, the Dr became very upset, escorted me (physically uncomfortable even though I was already leaving) to my car and said I was not welcome back even for my records.
