My treatment by the women's shoe department "manager" in the Boise Towne Square store on Tues.,Feb. 28, 2012, left me less than satisfied. I had an exchange and she was very unwilling to help me. She certainly is a "company man", stuck to the policies of the store, but customer service was on her menu for the day. I would score her a "rude" rating if I have anything to say about it. On the other hand, when I went into the store on Wed., I found a young man by the name of Eddie G. who spent at least an hour trying to find the right size of boots for me. I was very impressed and will take care to search out Eddie the next time I need help. Whoever is in charge of human resources or employees should insist that a "helpful attitude" is paramount in the retail industry to being hired.
