I have never been to a place that seemed to keep blowing your mind, in a very OUTSTANDING WAY!!! I saw their ad in the Yellow Pages and decided to call and see if I could see what these guys had to offer. Well, first I was just blown away with the gal on the phone. She was so helpful in answering just a few of my questions. When I started to as about glasses, she told me that I would have to ask a person on the floor. WELL, with great gusto she transfered me to an gentleman that worked with the glasses. He answered all my questions and asked me if I had a current prescription, which I answered no. He booked me that day and I came in. All I have to say is when I walked in the energy was amazing. The staff, the assistant & the Dr blew me away. Let me tell you they aren't cheap, but let me say its TOTALLY worth it!! Thanks Artisan for making my experience with you amazing!! Kelly P.
I had gone to the mall first and the Apple store in the mall is not for me. My friends raved about the Mac Life store on Overland. I went there it was not busy, the salesman was casual and knowledgeable about the products. The salesman was just as happy to sell me the aftermarket compatible accessories as the Apple ones (in a customer is always right attitude - but no attitude). So, I purchased an MBP, Airport Extreme and a few accessories from this location. This is my first foray into the Mac world, but not a novice to computers as I have been heavily involved with PCs for 30 years. I think this is a very nice store with helpful, knowledgeable people (perhaps I was just lucky when I got Ken). In any event, I would recommend this store to others.
I went to see Dr. Johnson at Artisan Optics? downtown location and he is the best optometrist I have ever seen and is now my permanent eye doctor. He is very friendly, great with kids, and is able to answer every question that I have. He really took the time to make sure I was happy with my vision and I really appreciated that. I recommend him to everyone!
