Very good company. The people answering the phone are very nice and polite. I had them come to my house to give me an estimate on a new A/C system. I decided to go with them based on their knowledge of the system. I am very happy with the system and my decision to go with Comfort Boys.

We had a wonderful experience with Comfort Boys last week. Our A/C went out, and I called them, and they came out that day. It turns out that it was a simple repair. I felt like they charged me the fair amount. I appreciate their honesty, I will refer them to my friends and family.

We paid them to replace our heating and air conditioning systems in December of 2015. After numerous issues we lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; even though I received an email from them saying they received the complaint they never responded. They are now rated an "F" with the Better Business Bureau. We ended up having to pay another company to finish some of the problems they created.
