Daniel VanDyke, President of the WINDOW EXPERTS, is a scoundrel. He is not truthful, and worst of all he is a sneak-thief. In my face, in my home, he deceitfully compares his product to samples of totally outdated competitor's products. After I caught him in his act, he wrote me an email entitled "Sincerest Apologies" (available for your review upon request). Here's an excerpt: "I was going to call you.....I wish I could have told you before you discovered it yourself"....Hmmmm, a likely SINCERE APOLOGY?
Daniel Van Dyke attempted to steal $10,000 from me in overpricing an inferior product.He offered me NON-impact replacement windows for $25,000 which I purchased elsewhere for$15,000 for HI-Impact windows (NOTE:the same number of windows) Buyer, you better beware. His personality and presentation are as smooth-as-silk. He is a bonafide genuine 'snake-oil-salesman'. I am by nature a skeptic, yet he gained my total trust; I had signed a contract agreement, which had to be cancelled subsequent to my finding the truth. All documentation regarding this evaluation are available upon your request. I am not a disgruntled buyer, as I successfully escaped his scam, yet I find it my civic duty to "blow-the-whistle' on this dishonest and unscrupulous fellow and his unethical operation. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of SE Florida.
Also, a complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
I signed Saturday afternoon. You say you did not realize the $10,000+ mistake until Monday. You are 10 years the President and Owner selling virtually exclusively HIGH-impact windows, and you want a reasonable person to believe that the pricing you gave me, in my home, for NON-impact windows, which was $10,000+ more than for HIGH-impact, did not make a light bulb go off in your brain...not likely, Sir. You say you caught the mistake Monday. If you had any integrity at all, you would have put all business aside, made a 90 second call (even in your car while on your way to wherever) and informed me of such immediately. Rather, you went on your scamming routine to catch your next sucker. Now you are indicating that you are also a Project Manager, "....supervising various job sites", as you wrote , yet you told me you would not be on site as you have 'highly trained professional installers'...just another made-up excuse for not having called me. You never had any intention of calling, but were on your happy way to the bank with my $10K+. I called you on Tuesday afternoon ,  still not enough time for you to call me to explain the so-called error? That Tuesday afternoon, for the first time, you finally admitted the overpricing. You subsequently returned to my residence and had the audacity to show me an obsolete outdated competitors product. I then showed you a photo of the current competitor's product, 'Soft Lite', and as I noted additional insulation in the competitors product in addition to the reinforced steel,you insisted your product is better, knowing Soft Lite has a higher rating than your product. Regarding the alleged $1,200 Phantom brand retractable screen, you and I both know it's $850 installed, which I have already had installed (receipt available upon request). You, being in the business, must get it at a lower cost. I expected that screen from you for reparation for your lying deceitful presentation. Mr. Van Dyk, sir, how do you look yourself in the mirror ? Please,...go away. See ya, don't want to be ya.. the lying deceitful snake oil salesman that you are.

This is a very good window company in Boca Raton. This is one of two I use when I am opening a business. I suggest them.

I was very disappointed with the services from the Window Experts. I called them to come out and give me a quote for my hurricane impact windows for my office, and they never showed for the appointment time they gave me. I had to call numerous times to get them to come out. Finally when they did come out, service man doing the estimate wanted to know if I owned the building, and if I was ready to spend thousands of dollars to have the repairs done. When I told him I wasn't the owner and didn't make the decisions he wasn't real interested in helping me, his words were... "Since you don't own the building your not going to want to pay, what it's going to cost". I told him still write up the estimate, I give them to the owner to make a decision. I called for over a week looking for an estimate, the receptionist said she would get back with me and never did. Finally I got the original service technician on the phone and he said he can't do the work, I should find another company. Avoid this company they are a complete waste of time and are very unprofessional.
