stylist will not listen

Showed her a picture of a long whispy layers cut and she said she could do it. I asked her to take off 6" and she took off atleast 15". My waist length hair that I've been growing out for 10 years is gone. And she asked me if for an extra $15 she could give a flat iron presicion cut so she could take off the weight in the right spots. I said sure as long as it's not a blunt straight edge cut. Hair on Fire "When you leave, you'll wish we had set your hair on fire instead" Sounds harsh? Not as harsh as the cuts and customer service we received! This place is a joke. Dont let...

This place is a joke. Dont let them rip you off. Go to a salon in a better are, not next to a 7-11. My wife fixed their hair cut.

I don't know what all the bad ...

I don't know what all the bad reviews are, this place was great. And the prices are perfect. I'm sure most of the bad reviews are from the competition anyways.

I drove by many times and noticed the sign which stated Guys cut $10 and Girls $15. I decided to give them a try. Excellent customer service. Gari and his team are highly skilled at what they do. Great with haircuts and coloring, highlights, low lights, roots, etc. Best haircut I ever got. Horrible

I just left there with my 13 year in tears. She asked for a specific cut shoulder length and peaking long in the front. She got a neck length bob it looks like shes wearing a helmet. Asked the lady to fix it and she just kept cutting it the same and shorter. I was clearly upset and they just looked at me and offered me no other option than to walk out with my teen in tears.\r \r \r

great hair cut

I went their on my way home from work with out an appointment and I was able to get seated immediately. The stylist was very nice and my hair cut was perfect. The price was extremely competitive. I would go there again and recomend that salon to anyone who needs a cut.
