Boca Colony

I'm having a good experience so far. The neighborhood is nice. The development is well maintained. It's quiet and safe, just like everything else in Boca Raton. The apartment is clean and in good working order. Whenever I needed a repair to be done, it was completed the next working day.

Parking is assigned, and that eliminates a lot of frustration. I haven't had a guest try and park yet, so I'll have to follow-up this review about that.

Overall, I think this is the best deal in Boca Raton. All the other reviews I read seem incredibly angry, and I don't see why. Angie and Erin in Management take good care of me.

This property is the best! The office staff is always willing to help. Whenever I have an issue they immediately send maintenance to fix the problem. They are always helpful when I need something faxed or emailed. They are constantly painting the property which for me is very important as I take pride in where I live. All 3 ladies are always friendly. I have been living here for 3 years and can say that I will continue to live here. I love my location, the property is small enough where you become friends with your neighbors and it is close to everything. I am very happy. Ladies you continue to do a great job! This place just wants to rip you off!!! I loved here for a year. When I put maintenance requests in they never actually fixed the problem! The office staff is very rude! There were times I would wait 20 minutes to ask a simple questions while they were on a personal phone call. Also when you move out they rip you off and charge you for ridiculous things!! We replaced our drip pans..they were brand new never used but I was still charged 40 dollars! Also they charged me a fee for saying my dog had flea infestation and they needed 2 weeks to disinfect my apt! That is bull crap my dog NEVER had fleas I take them to the vet regularly and they are on prescribed flea and tick meds! If the apt was that infested like they said they would be all over my dogs and apt would not have been livable! They are LIARS and just want to rip you off! There also were many other outrageous charges when I moved out that were not true! There were kids who lived here that threw rocks at cars, steal things off front porch. Throw furniture into the pools. I do NOT recommend living here. Parking also sucks! There is never anywhere to park your car! There are a lot more nicer and friendlier places to live that are better priced then boca colony...steer clear of this place!

Find someplace else to live. If you get a trouble free apartment you will most likely be fine, but getting Maintenance to fix something right the first time is a real chore. Parking is a horror, and vandalism occurs often. Management is terrible here, but they smile pretty as they turn the screws to you. I can go on about my bad experience here, but all i can say is do some web searching and read all the negative reviews and take warning before you consider moving here. If you do move into this complex - make sure you understand all the legal avenues and your rights as they will certainly try their hardest to screw you at some point.

Apartment has black mold and lots of moisture, foul odor, which caused chronic cough, headaches and respiratory issues for my family. Stay away from this rental community! Please heed this warning, unless you want to make countless hospital visits with your family including if you have small children. Property managers there hide the truth about roof leaks and water intrusion during past storms (hurricanes), which are very common in South Florida. Beware!!! Karina, Carmen, Michelle, all of whom tell lies and can not be trusted as property managers and sales people at Boca Colony Apartments. Would not want your family to go through the same ordeal mine went through. You've been warned!

I was very hesitant to move into Boca Colony because there is quite a bit of negative reviews online. Despite my hesitation I did take a look at the apartments and found out that they were under new management as of two or three months ago. I moved into the community a month ago and love it!!!! My apartment is beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
