Epstein has maintained her own Certified Public Accounting practice in Boca Raton, Florida since 1981, specializing in providing accounting and related financial services to Seniors, and Technology and Development stage companies. In addition to serving various companies as Controller, Mrs. Epstein served as CFO for an internet company and the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration/Controller, Secretary and Treasurer for a publicly held NASDAQ cooperation, a tax manager with Arthur Young & Co., and a field auditor with the Internal Revenue Service. Irene Epstein holds a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a licensed Florida CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.
