I want to thank you for taking the time to review this complaint.



I had an experience with 2 of your office personnel this morning, someone who did not introduce herself called me from your Boca Raton Office Team location at:

2600 N Military Trail suite 125

She called me from phone number:

561-994-9833



We were discussing an opportunity that I applied for the call was placed at 8:59AM it was jobs that I applied for last night, however when she discovered that I lived in Miami she quickly ended the call and hang up on me without me even being able to explain I was fully aware of the location of the jobs I applied for and was willing and available to commute or relocate.



I called the office she answered the phone said her name was Rosswynn or Roswen, I requested a supervisor, she stated she was the one speaking to me and that all supervisors were on the phone, when I insisted she placed me on hold. Someone by the name on Aundrea Effron took the call I asked her for her title she said staffing manager I then asked her for a supervisor, she said there was none that the supervisor was on maternity leave that she would give her my message and have her call me once she gets back in 4 months. I asked for the supervisors name Laura Scgako (don't know if spelling is correct) she would speak the names quickly and was very rude rushing me off the phone. She went to the extent of telling "Yeah we don't to work with you"

Then she said Roswen sits right next to me meaning the staff member that first hang up on me.

I have 2 calls on the line I'm not hanging up on you but I have to go and proceeded to hang up on me while I was asking for the spelling of the first staff members name.



I am appalled at the unprofessional and rude service I received from this office today, if they truly are not supervised by anyone as they claim to be they do need supervision.

This is the face of your company and I do have 10+ years of customer service experience, I had never been treated with such disrespect and disregard by anyone at any level. It is true we are candidates and depend on a staffing firm sometimes to find the right position, but this in no means gives the staff members at this company the right to mistreat candidates due to the fact that we need their services.

It's a gross customer abuse, I wouldn't recommend this company for job search and I have worked with your company before and Aerotek but truly your company just gained a bad review. I'm sorry that you are the one that has to handle this manner, and most likely Robert Half is completely oblivious to how business operations are run at a local regional level. It's very sad to have unprofessional staff members representing your company. I've had previous bad experience with office team but never in the sense of customer abuse. They have given the opportunity to a friend they knew so on and so forth and never cancelled my interview and later tell another staff member to see me and tell me they thought I no longer wanted the position.

That although unacceptable was a little more bearable but this was another level of

unprofessionalism.
