Great store and wonderful choices for someone buying groceries and food. There is only one problem: BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT IS POSTED AS THE SELL PRICE AND WHAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU. I had this problem with the seafood/meat counter area. I bought almost a lb. of sashimi tuna that was posted at $11.99/lb. They billed it at $12.99/lb. I caught the "mistake" and they corrected it. Another customer standing by purchasing a different fish, checked out her price and they did the same thing to her. She thanked me for alerting her. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE "MISTAKE" OR PRACTICE. When I got to the cash register, they did not have a large screen like Publix does where you can see what you are being charged for, so there is no way to follow what the cashier is doing until the purchase is made and paid for. This means that you will have to stop and look at the entire ticket after you pay to make sure there are no other "mistakes". Watch out customers! Don't get ripped off! (one more thing to worry about when you shop at The Fresh Market)
I've been shopping at Whole Foods for 20 years in various parts of the country, and if you want the best in fresh organic produce, as I do, my first choice has always been WF. Some people may comment that the prices are high, but if nutritious food is important to you, then the prices are low compared to the standard local chains that sell chemically sprayed food grown in factory farms using GMO seed, that has been irradiated so that tomato lasts 4 weeks without rotting. I am grateful that WF exists.
Wow, I had so much fun and couldn't believe the prices. Some things were $3.00 cheaper. Found steaks, salads, dish/clothes detergents. Then they took my groceries out of my cart and carried them out for me and wouldn't take a tip. Wonderful people. New to store asked 5 people for help and they all showed me to the product.
