After spending over 15k for fencing and all other landscaping items we contracted for, the owner of 3in1 left a lot of annoying (for him), to do items my wife asked him finish before we were done. He never showed up and did not return our calls. After making over 15k, whatever minor to do items my wife wanted should have been taken care of. No call backs and no shows make me rate him VERY LOW and would not recommend to anyone.
