Fruit Basket arrived to Mom from friend in Jersey. looked like kid tapped up clear plastic around it. Fruit 1 banana all bruised, Papaya looked drop or thrown as football, Pineapple bottom so ripe you can put finger through. Need I go on. We are going to call flower place friend order from to let them how Berkeley Flowers makes them look BAD. OH think basket was from $1 Store

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, DON'T USE, STAY AWAY, Should I go on? Ordered a mother's day arrangement to be delivered on a Saturday, although my credit card was charged it was never delivered (can you say fraud?). Emailed them on Sunday, no return email. Called on Monday afternoon after no response to the email and talked to somebody who said they would get right back to me, never did. Left another message on their voicemail at 4:30 on Monday (recording said they were open until 6:30), no return phone call. Left another message mid day Tuesday (again recording said they were open until 6:30), again no return phone call. I have never felt compelled to post a negative review of a business. Congratulations Berkeley Flowers, you win. Although from other reviews (I unfortunately did not read the other reviews until now), I am not the first nor, I am sure, will I be the last who will give them a negative review. I am only sorry yp would not let me post with zero stars.

I received somr daisy flowers from you today. This is the second delivery from your store since Easter. The flowers today were just plain with no lovely ribbon around the neck or vase. The Easter lily was the same, no bow or special touch. (I saw some at Wall-mart that looked the same for $6.95) We are from Virginia and my family has always sent us flowers when we are there that are lovely.We deal with Conklyn's Florist there. Mona, the owner could give you guys a few good tips. They are on line.
