Wells on Wheels

There is one dispatcher there that is soo rude, and there are only four that work there so it is a 25% chance of her answering the phone. They only give five minutes after your pick up time before leaving and charging you ten dollars (you get one free warning if they leave, and this warning is a once in a lifetime thing because even if it is 5 years later that they leave again, your charged), and parents of teens know they are anything but on time at times (I finished raising my brother.) They make you schedule ahead to get guaranteed rides, and then are late or they switch your time to their convience. I like the idea, and 3 of 4 dispatchers are polite, but this business could use some improving.
