Great place to have your car fixed. Rebecca is always a friendly face when you come through the door. Kenny always looks your car over and tells you what is wrong. Before fixing the car, he's prompt in giving you an estimate before anything is done.

There is no reason to go anywhere else in this town for auto service. Their fair, honest, professional, friendly and stand behind what they do for you. If you don't need something they won't try to sell it to you just to make a buck. My family and I are always treated like we belong there. Never have we had a problem with service. This is a place even my wife feels secure being at to have her car serviced. We will tell everyone we know about you. Thank you for great service to Bluefield and Princeton area folks who need folks like you here.

BEST here, why go any place else? You want it done and right, don't waste time or money going to any other garage. This business is best. I needed something for my car I couldn't really afford just any place. They are good at helping locate and fix it. I'm elderly and I won't go any place else they know how to give respect.

I've had a lot of automotive service done over the years locally and elsewhere. I've never been treated as fair as I was recently here at this shop. This automotive shop is going to do well in our area. I truly believe this small Company deserves a 5 star + rating. I was treated kindly, friendly, fairly price wise and with respect and not talked to like a dollar sign. They didn't try to force me to have anything done that wasn't truly needed on my car. They even saved and showed me my broken part before the new part was ordered. I already knew what my vehicle needed when I went in there so I was checking to see about honesty too. Their service surprised me. They worked with me, not over me and I truly believe their fair there. Will I recommend them to someone else? You BET I WILL and I will always go back no matter where they are. This is the kind of automotive customer service and FAIR pricing this area needs here. The big names have lost my business here and it's their fault for being dishonest to me. Other auto service shops could stand to learn a thing or two from these kind folks. It helps me to know they really do know what their doing and they really do have values they live by for customer service. Nice place for service. Good job well done!

Great experience and service received at K&M. The kind man quickly got my car in and fixed within a day. You need to schedule an appointment with them for some things but, if you want the BEST in town from a small shop, just do it! You won't be disappointed here. They have two mechanics but their great at what they do. Their not new to this business either. The quality of service and years of knowledge they give is so worth it. They even showed me my old parts and explained the process to me. They charged me 1/2 of what other mechanics had quoted me in the area and didn't try to sell me something I truly didn't need. They were able to fix another problem not related to the issue and called to ask me if I wanted it done BEFORE just presenting me with a bill for it. Extremely good place to do business in this area. Bluefield area had better KEEP this place here. Glad I called them before I went over there because there is 2 Shops over there. Make sure you have the right Shop. - "NOT" THE WHITE AUTO SHOP BUILDING WITH BLUE STRIPE AROUND THE TOP OF IT. Read your signs on the buildings over there and you'll know you have K&M's place.

Truly the BEST place for automotive service in the two Virginia's. At least I think they should be awarded this honor! Others may say they are but never really prove it in the end. I know from first hand experience. I've been to them all in Bluefield. Friendly, honest auto service and a fair price. They walk you through what needs to be done BEFORE they do it.

On a recent visit to this garage, I decided to do an evaluation and then let others know about my experience here. An affordable and qualified garage. This is a professionally ran auto service garage. Clean and affordable with excellent service and truly genuine friendly staff. Mechanics here truly are ASE Certified at the highest leval and are qualified to fix any vehicle. Even one like mine that had a problem no one else in the area could seem to really fix. Turns out it had an issue where no one else even thought to look or cared! If I had just relied on them in the first place, I could have saved so much money too. My evaluation is: this garage is ran professionally, truly qualified to fix a vehicle at a price that is lower than expected in this area. Their not out to rob your wallet at the door. They care about the service you receive and want you to come back feeling that your not a bother to them. They go above and beyond to give you the service you expect for your money. They have my business until I'm no longer able to drive anymore! I hope these folks are around a long time to come.

Traveling through the area on vacation and my car broke down on the interstate. This place came highly recommended to me for service. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation and not feel as though the wallet was robbed. We were at their mercy and they did not take advantage of us. They got us back on the road quickly and safely. They truly know what their doing there! The staff truly appeared concerned for our safety and well-being. This was NOT an act, you can tell. Those living in this general area are lucky to have such a fine garage and people. It's nice to find a place were you truly are helped and needed without being taken advantage of. This is a place where women can FINALLY feel respected getting their car serviced. They don't treat you like a "stupid female" not knowing a gas cap from a tire rotation! Kenny, Marie and their staff treat you with respect and consideration for your automotive concerns. They explain in detail the problem and give a detailed estimate of all cost BEFORE your just handed a bill! Other local garages just take things upon themselves and hand you a bill to pay at the end. I like this place and would recommend them to anyone. I didn't have to empty my wallet to get my car repaired here. These people are professionals and they honestly show they care. I'll never go anywhere else in the area unless I'm forced. It's about time the Princeton/Bluefield and surrounding areas have a place like this for auto repair. Let's do our best to KEEP THEM HERE.

This place was once a gas station and then a flea market but, has been fully remodeled and updated. Nice waiting area and friendly staff of people. Mechanics are knowledgeable and highly Certified in their field of auto mechanics. Their service pricing is very affordable compared to other local garages. They offer all types of automotive service and State Inspection services. They make you feel welcome and spend time answering your questions and concerns. They take good care of your vehicle. I highly recommend this garage for vehicle service needs! A place you can feel welcome & wanted. Best of all, don't have to feel your wallet is being emptied when it's time to pay the bill at the end of your service. Most services are done by appointment and some are walk-in. This is the ONLY place I will let service my cars & truck.

I agree with the others--GREAT people and a GREAT GARAGE in this small size town. I've been to the other area local dealers and they couldn't really fix my cars problem. ANOTHER garage here actually created more trouble in the end for me I believe and I paid too much.



If Kenny and his guys are not able to FIX the problem at a very reasonable price,... no one can. This is what they do, they "FIX YOUR CARS PROBLEM" without it costing a small fortune. Save your wallet and your time and GO SEE KENNY -- You'll be thankful you did. If he can't help you, then you need to just buy another car. He's a true knowledgeable mechanic on almost all things on the road. He's also one of the best in this area and a real PRO at your more high-speed performance engine build work too.

and do it right at a very fair price. They will also treat you like they want to be treated. Believe me that is very important to Kenny and Marie.

Received friendly good service and low pricing just as they advertise. I used to go somewhere else and still had car problems. These people "FIXED" my cars problems when no one else here seemed to be able! I have FOUND my local garage Mechanic.
