Very DISSATISFIED after several attempts to give them my business. I am out of state trying to buy a marker for a cemetery in the Bluefield area for my father. There is no website available to see examples of marker's, colors and sizes so I called and spoke with Gary on 4/24/15 and he was supossed to email me a variation of options that matched my interest, but evidently forgot. I called again and finally got an email reply on 5/7/15, but it only provided general information and no pictures or recommendations for the type of marker I was interested. I emailed a second time, but no reply after 5 days so I called and spoke with Gary requesting specific information again. On the phone Gary seemed rushed, so I explained I was really trying to give this company my business and I need more than generic information. Gary's customer service is not what I'm used to or expect. Gary said if that's how I feel I should take my business elsewhere. I said that's probably a good idea to go elsewhere and ended the conversation. I would not recommend this business. I wasted a few weeks accomplishing nothing. Donna Lugo, Beaufort, SC.
